The Sky Has Indeed Fallen On Some Raptor Fans
By Walter DubowecThe Toronto Raptors lost a heartbreaker in overtime against the Celtics and then got their asses whipped by the Bucks. If you pay any attention to Raptors Fanboy Nation, the sky has indeed fallen and the Raptors are doomed forever.
My response is .... "yawn". Who cares???? I've got no time for ridiculous over reaction from these idiots.
It's an 82 game season and the Raptors are 2-2. Hopefully they will finish their opening ten games better than last year's dismal 2-8 start. All we know right now is they can do no better than an 80-2 season.
These Raptor bandwagon jumpers will have a lot of sprained ankles again this season.
Last year, Phoenix and Dallas stumbled out of the gate and ended the season just fine. This season, the Bulls are 0-4.
Was the loss to Milwaukee ugly? Yes. Do good teams have off nights? Yes. All you can do is focus on winning against Orlando. It's that simple.
I'd rather look at the Top Ten Raptor Plays from 'week one' than expend an ounce of energy commiserating over a couple of early season losses.
